Printing in Anderkilla, Chattogram Since 2011
Shahid Printshop is a printing business in Anderkilla. We print visiting cards, packaging boxes, banners, stickers, brochures, stationery and other everyday requirements for businesses, schools, offices and event organisers — and we help with the design when a customer needs it.
We print it ourselves
We are not brokers passing your job to someone else. The printing, cutting, lamination, foil and binding are handled at our Anderkilla shop, so when you ask about your order you are asking the people doing the work.
We check your file before printing
A lot of printing problems start with the file — the wrong colour mode, no bleed, an image that is too small. We look at your artwork before it is printed and tell you what needs fixing. This check costs you nothing.
Design help if you need it
Not everyone arrives with a finished design. Some customers have artwork ready, some have an old letterhead and a rough idea. If you need the layout prepared or an existing design adjusted for printing, our design team can do that for you.
How a job moves through our floor
Most customers see only the counter and the finished parcel. Here is what happens in between, from an approved file to an order ready for collection.
File check and prepress
Every job starts with a free file check. We open your artwork and look for the things that cause bad printing — images that are too low resolution, missing bleed, or colours that will not print the way they look on screen. If something needs changing, we tell you exactly what. Nothing is printed until the file is right.
Printing
Once the file and the price are approved, the job goes for printing. We check the first sheets against what you approved and then run the full quantity, checking again partway through. Your 50% advance starts this work.
Finishing
After printing the job moves to cutting, lamination, foil, folding or binding — whichever your order needs. Each step is checked against your approved sample before the next one begins.
Packing and dispatch
Finished pieces are counted, packed and labelled. Collect them from our Anderkilla shop, or have them couriered to any of the 64 districts of Bangladesh. If something is not right with your order, contact us and we will sort it out.
