Can you print a full set of office stationery in one order?
Yes. Letterheads, envelopes, folders, bill books, forms and ID cards can be quoted and produced together, which keeps the paper, colour and finish consistent across the set. Send the full list with sizes and quantities and we will quote it as one job.
Do you offer a tax invoice or VAT challan?
Ask us when you request the quote and we will tell you what documentation we can provide for your order. Tell us upfront if your accounts department needs specific paperwork, so it is arranged before printing rather than after.
We reorder the same stationery regularly. Can you keep our specification?
Yes. Once a job is printed we know the paper, the size and the finishing used, so a repeat run can be quoted and produced without you resending every detail. Keep your previous order number handy and mention it.
Can you match stationery we already have from another printer?
Usually. Bring a sample of the existing letterhead, bill book or folder and we will check the paper, size and colour against what we can produce. Some stocks vary slightly between suppliers, so we will tell you honestly if an exact match is not possible.
How long does a corporate printing order take?
It depends on the items, the quantity, the finishing and how quickly the proof is approved. A short letterhead run moves faster than a numbered bill book or a die-cut folder. Give us your deadline when you ask for the quote and we will tell you straight away whether it can be met.
Do you deliver to our office, and can you deliver outside Chattogram?
Orders can be collected from our Anderkilla counter, or sent by courier. Delivery is available outside Chattogram to all 64 districts at standard carrier rates.
What should we send with a quotation request?
Send the item list, the finished size of each item, the quantity, the paper or finishing if you know it, your design file, and your deadline. With those details the quote is accurate rather than an estimate.
