Printing on Garments

T-Shirt & Garment Printing

Printed & Embroidered Logos onto T-Shirts, Polos and Hoodies

We print and embroider logos onto garments for staff, events and teams. We are a print shop, not a clothing shop — bring your own garments or ask us to source them, and the garment is quoted separately.

What to decide before you order

Apparel orders are decided by the fabric and the decoration, in that order. Combed cotton in 180 to 260 GSM covers the range from a summer giveaway tee to a heavyweight retail shirt. A 180 GSM knit suits a one-day event; at 240 to 260 GSM the shirt is something the customer keeps wearing.

Then choose the decoration. Direct-to-film printing handles full-color and photographic graphics. High-density embroidery is for crests, logos, and small repeat marks. Many orders use both, with embroidery on the chest and a larger print on the back. Pique polos hold their shape through daily workwear.

What the spec actually means

GSM on a garment is fabric weight, and it tracks with both thickness and drape. A light knit moves and breathes in a hot climate. A 260 GSM fabric stands on its own, carries a heavier print, and takes a longer wash life.

Direct-to-film is a printed ink film heat-pressed onto the fabric, so the graphic can be photographic and still stretch with the knit instead of cracking. Our DTF work is specified at 50-plus wash cycles before the image degrades. High-density embroidery is defined by stitch density: more stitches per millimeter raise the crest and give it a solid, slightly glossy face.

How this family runs on our floor

Garment work is two operations. The blank garments are sourced, then decorated, which is why adding a woven neck label or a hangtag is a separate step with its own cost.

Embroidery needs a digitized file, not just artwork. The logo is converted into a stitch program, and that digitizing is a one-time setup charge carried across every reorder. Send us the logo and we will tell you at quote time whether it embroiders cleanly at the size you want, before a single shirt runs.
