1. Quote Validity & Price Commitment
Because paper and imported materials prices change, all written formal price quotations provided by Shahid PrintShop remain valid for strictly 7 calendar days from the date of quotation issuance. Re-quotes after 7 days will be adjusted to prevailing market spot rates.
2. Production Advance & Payment Terms
Commercial offset and digital printing requires dedicated batch paper cutting, customized plate generation, and dedicated machine scheduling. A mandatory 50% advance payment (via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) is required to burn press plates and initiate physical production. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon counter pickup at Anderkilla or prior to courier dispatch.
3. Prepress File Check & Artwork Approval
We provide a free 300 DPI CMYK prepress file review. Once a customer approves a digital proof or sample mockup, Shahid PrintShop is not liable for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or telephone number omissions present in the approved customer artwork. Listed printing prices do not include custom graphic design creation from scratch unless explicitly invoiced as a creative service.
4. Quality & Reprints
If a printing or finishing mistake is ours, tell us and we will put it right. Please check your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as you notice a problem, so we can look into it while the job details are still fresh.
5. Pickup & Courier Delivery Policy
Collection from our Anderkilla shop (G.A. Bhaban, 1st Floor, Chattogram) is free of charge. Courier delivery across Bangladesh is available to all 64 districts and is charged at standard carrier rates.
