Why is a 50% advance payment required to start print production?
Printing a job means ordering the paper, cutting it to size and booking time in the production schedule for your order specifically. The 50% advance (by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer) confirms production can start.
What is your quote validity timeframe?
Because paper market commodity prices fluctuate, formal written quotes are strictly valid for 7 calendar days from issuance. Re-quotes can be refreshed instantly on WhatsApp.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Visiting cards start at 100 pcs; Corporate Letterheads start at 500 pcs; Packaging boxes start at 100–500 pcs depending on box structure; Large format signage and roll-up banners start at just 1 piece.

What file formats and settings are required for printing?
We accept Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF, and Photoshop (.PSD) files. Color mode must be CMYK (not RGB), resolution at least 300 DPI, with a 2mm to 3mm bleed margin. All typography and fonts must be outlined / converted to curves.
What is the Free Prepress Verification Service?
Before anything is printed, we inspect your artwork free of charge. We check for images that are too low resolution, missing bleed, colour that will shift when printed, and missing fonts — the problems that cause bad printing.
What if I don't have artwork or need a custom design created?
Listed website rates cover physical printing from ready-to-print files. If you need a brand-new design or vector redrawing from a rough sketch, our in-house creative design studio crafts custom layouts (design fees apply separately).
Delivery, Pickup & Turnaround
Where is counter pickup located, and what does it cost?
Counter pickup is 100% FREE at our press house located at Anderkilla Shahi Jame Masjid (G.A. Bhaban 1st Floor, Chattogram 4363).
Do you deliver outside Chattogram across Bangladesh?
Yes! We dispatch orders daily to all 64 districts across Bangladesh via Pathao, Steadfast, and Sundarban Courier at standard carrier delivery rates.
How long does printing usually take?
It depends on the product, the quantity and the finishing. Short digital runs move faster than offset volume work or custom box manufacturing. Send us your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
Quality Guarantee & Samples
What happens if something is wrong with my printed order?
Tell us as soon as you notice the problem. If the mistake is ours, we will put it right. Check your order when you receive it so any issue can be raised while the job details are still fresh.
Can I inspect physical paper stocks and finish samples in person?
Yes! You can visit our press counter in Anderkilla to feel all 20+ paper weights, velvet laminations, and foil samples, or request a courier sample kit.
