When you place a quote request or communicate with us on WhatsApp, we collect only necessary commercial contact information: company name, contact person, telephone number, and delivery address — plus the artwork or design files needed to execute your print and web projects.

Our website does not require user accounts and does not collect payment card data; all production payments are settled directly with our press counter or via bank transfer at 50% advance.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to prepare quotations, run prepress verification, produce your order, coordinate courier delivery, and provide after-sales support if something is wrong with your order.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Confidentiality of Client Artwork & Proprietary Designs

We treat all proprietary corporate artwork, secret packaging dielines, candidate examination forms, and branded trademarks with strict commercial confidentiality.

We never sell, share, or repurpose your print files or brand assets to any third party. Physical proof sheets and surplus stock from your job are destroyed or handed over on request.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This website is a lightweight static catalogue. At launch it sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers.

If we later enable privacy-respecting, aggregated traffic analytics (for example to count page visits), this section will be updated before that change goes live.

5. Data Retention

Quotation records and order files are retained only as long as needed to serve your order, honour reprint-guarantee claims, and meet accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your contact details at any time via WhatsApp or email.

6. Third-Party Services

Order communication happens on WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and deliveries are placed with third-party couriers (e.g. Pathao, Steadfast, Sundarban). When you choose these channels, their own privacy terms apply to data processed on their platforms.

Our website is hosted on Vercel Inc., which serves pages from its global edge network.

7. Communications & Order Updates

We use direct WhatsApp messaging and telephone calls solely to send you prepress proofs, production status updates, payment confirmations, and courier tracking information.
