What Happens After You Message Us
Every enquiry follows the same four steps on the press floor, from 50 visiting cards to a full catalogue run. Here is the whole path from first message to finished delivery.
We read your message and ask the right questions
Your message lands on the press desk, not with a third-party agent. A press master reads it during business hours and replies with the questions that matter: paper weight, finished size, quantity, and finishing. If something in your spec would raise the cost, we tell you at this stage.
We check your file at 300 DPI, free
Send your artwork and we inspect it before it goes near a plate: resolution, bleed, and CMYK conversion. This prepress check is free and needs no advance. If the file is not print-ready, we tell you exactly what to fix, or we can quote for the design work.
You get a written quotation valid for 7 days
The quotation is itemised: stock, printing, finishing, and delivery. It is valid for 7 days, which is enough time to compare it against other quotes. A 50% advance confirms the order and starts production.
We print, finish, and dispatch
Your job is printed and finished at our Anderkilla shop. Finished work can be collected from the counter at no charge, or sent by courier to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. If something is not right with your order, contact us and we will sort it out.
To get an accurate price on the first reply, have five things ready: the artwork file, the finished size, the quantity, your deadline, and the delivery location. That is enough to quote without a second round of questions.

Can I visit your press house without a prior appointment?
Yes, our counter at Anderkilla Shahi Jame Masjid (G.A. Bhaban 1st Floor, Chattogram) is open Saturday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM for walk-in consultations and sample inspection.
How should I submit large artwork files (over 50MB)?
You can share WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox links directly via our WhatsApp (+880 1840-488142) or email shahidprintshop@gmail.com with your order specifications.
What payment methods do you accept for order confirmation?
We accept bKash, Nagad, direct bank transfer (EFT/NPSB), and cash at our counter. A 50% advance confirms your order and lets us allocate materials and production time.
Can I get physical paper stock swatches before placing an order?
Yes. Swatch samples of the papers, foils and lamination finishes we hold are available to inspect at our Anderkilla counter before you commit to an order.
