Branded apparel is walking advertising. Every t-shirt, polo, and cap with your logo creates brand impressions wherever it's worn. In Chattogram's competitive market, custom corporate apparel distinguishes your team and reinforces brand identity.
A single branded t-shirt generates 3,400 impressions over its lifetime (Advertising Specialty Institute, 2025). That's a cost-per-impression of less than ৳0.01 — making apparel printing one of the most cost-effective marketing channels.
Printing Methods Compared
Choosing the right printing method depends on your design complexity, quantity, and budget:
| Method | Best For | Min. Order | Durability |
|---|---|---|---|
| DTF (Direct to Film) | Complex, multi-color designs | 10 pieces | 50+ washes |
| Screen Printing | Simple 1-3 color designs | 50 pieces | 100+ washes |
| Embroidery | Logos, text, corporate branding | 20 pieces | Permanent |
| Sublimation | All-over prints, polyester fabrics | 20 pieces | Permanent |
What We Print On
We are a print shop, not a clothing shop. That means we brand the garments you bring us, or we can source blanks and print them — with the garment quoted separately from the printing, so you can see what each part costs.
These are the jobs that come through most often:
- T-shirts — the most common request. DTF transfer suits full-colour artwork with photographs or gradients; screen print suits simple designs in one or two colours over a longer run.
- Polo shirts — usually for staff wear, with a crest embroidered on the left chest so it holds up to repeated washing.
- Hoodies — winter team wear, printed or embroidered on the chest, back or sleeve.
- Aprons and caps — restaurant, cafe and retail staff, where embroidery generally outlasts a print on a garment that is washed often.
If you already have garments, bring them in and we will print them. If you do not, tell us the quantity and what the garments are for, and we will quote sourcing them alongside the printing.
Why the Fabric Changes the Print
The garment you bring decides which printing method will actually work, so it is worth knowing the difference before you commit:
- Combed cotton — soft and breathable, and the surface most print methods handle well. Common on t-shirts.
- Pique polyester — has a textured honeycomb surface. It takes embroidery well but is less forgiving for fine printed detail.
- Cotton-poly blend — combines the comfort of cotton with the durability of polyester. Print and embroidery both work; check the poly content if exact colour matching matters.
- Fleece — thick and warm. Usually embroidered rather than printed, because a print sitting on a heavy pile can crack with wear.
- Twill — a dense weave used on aprons and workwear. Takes embroidery cleanly.
We print and embroider logos onto garments. We do not sell clothing, and we do not keep garments in stock to retail. Bring your own, or ask us to source blanks for the job — either way, the printing is what we do.
Embroidery vs. Printing
Embroidery creates a premium, textured appearance that printing cannot replicate. It's permanent, professional, and ideal for corporate uniforms, polo shirts, caps, and jackets. Digitization is a one-time cost — reorder the same design without additional setup fees.
